11th Day of Lent, March 2, 2026Joshua 1:9

With what is going on in the world, or maybe in your life, this verse offers hope in times of uncertainty. After wandering 40 years, the Israelites are about to enter the Promised Land. Joshua has been given command after the passing of Moses. They are to cross the Jordan and God is assuring Joshua He will be with him every step of the way. It’s a reminder that God is always with us and encourages us to be fearless and resilient. Stand firm in face of challenges. Trust in God. This is a verse that’s a beacon of hope, a sense of courage, and a promise that we can face adversity or unknowns with bravery, knowing we are never alone.
